na33's Terms & Conditions

1.1 This document forms a legally binding agreement between na33 and the user of the platform. "na33", "we", or "platform" refers to the na33.lat website and all associated services.

1.2 na33 is an online casino and betting platform offering slots, fishing games, sports betting, and live casino services to players in Bangladesh.

1.3 These terms are written in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market. If any discrepancy arises between a translation and the Bengali version, the Bengali version will take precedence.

1.4 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without stating a reason. Continued use of the platform after any change will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 "Account" means the personal profile registered by a user on the na33 platform.

2.2 "Bonus" means a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or any other promotional credit offered by na33.

2.3 "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered in order to make bonus funds withdrawable.

2.4 "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), which is the sole transaction currency on this platform.

Deposits

4.1 The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the na33 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.2 The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500. Amounts below this will not be accepted.

4.3 Users may only use a payment method registered in their own name. Depositing funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

4.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.5 Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.

4.6 na33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the identity verification (KYC) process is completed. Additional documents may be requested in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.7 If a refund of deposited funds is required for any reason, it will be returned via the original deposit method.

5.1 na33 offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming activity. Claiming the same bonus twice, or any attempt to circumvent promotional terms, will result in the bonus being voided.

5.4 na33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. The terms of ongoing promotions are published separately with each offer.

5.5 Additional terms apply separately to the cashback and VIP rewards program. Weekly cashback is paid across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

6.1 Any form of fraud, manipulation, use of bots, software hacking, or unauthorized access to the system is strictly prohibited on the na33 platform.

6.2 The platform must not be used for money laundering or any illegal financial activity. Any such suspicious activity detected will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6.3 Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts, placing bets against yourself, or colluding with other users to gain an advantage is prohibited.

6.4 If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, na33 may close the account, forfeit the balance, and take applicable legal action.

7.1 All games on the na33 platform are operated through third-party software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and others). Each game's own rules apply.

7.2 If a game result is affected by a technical error, na33 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.

7.3 If a game round is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined according to the game server's records once the connection is restored.

7.4 For sports betting, the right to change markets and odds is reserved. Odds on live matches may change at any time.

8.1 All content on the na33 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is the intellectual property of na33 or its licensors and is protected under international copyright law.

8.2 Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified.

8.3 Any attempt to breach the platform's security, reverse-engineer it, or analyze its source code is a legally punishable offence.

10.1 na33 collects, stores, and processes users' personal data. Full details of how data is used can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

10.2 The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep users' financial and personal information secure.

10.3 na33 never sells user data to third parties. However, information may be shared with authorities when required by law, for fraud investigations, or for security purposes.

11.1 Users may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact support via live chat or email at [email protected].

11.2 na33 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraud or manipulation
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Providing a false identity or documents
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 12 consecutive months)

11.3 If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be returned via the applicable method after verification — this does not apply in cases of fraud.

12.1 In the event of a dispute or complaint, the user must first contact na33's support team. The support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via live chat and email.

12.3 After a complaint is submitted, the support team will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. na33's final decision will be considered binding.

13.1 na33 strives to provide uninterrupted service but is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or third-party software problems.

13.2 The risk of any loss from gaming is borne by the user. na33 does not provide compensation for financial losses arising from gaming.

13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, na33 is not liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages.

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

14.2 Any delay or failure by na33 to enforce these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right.

14.3 The user may not transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement to any third party.

14.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between na33 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written discussions.
